I enjoyed my stay, especially with the upgrade to a corner room that offered a distant view of the Chicago skyline, and I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating throughout. The hotel is beautifully maintained with comfortable beds, a heated indoor pool, and convenient access to local restaurants and shops, though some minor drawbacks like limited recycling and small bathroom space kept it from being perfect.
