I've consistently enjoyed excellent food, friendly and fast service, and a charming 1950s atmosphere filled with local history and memorabilia at this historic Johnston City diner, where the homemade pies, especially the butterscotch and chocolate, along with hearty meals like fried chicken, pork steak, and biscuits and gravy, offer great value and a true taste of down-home cooking.

Booked a banquet, food & service was terrible. Chicken over cooked dry, potatoes were runny instant, they rashed the fish. Brought food out late. Didnt offer leftovers for take home. Spent 790.00 for 18 people. Biggest RIP OFF! Never pay cash or check. They refused to negotiate price based off all above said. The waitress demanded 3 times for a tip, SELF SERVE! I gave her 40.00 just to get out of there. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!
