Great Food, Great People

We took our daughter and son in law there to celebrate and was totally disappointed. Waitress messed up the order and when she delivered the correct steak, it was served on a plate of grease. This told me that it wasn't grilled, just dropped fried in oil. Very upsetting that you spend over $300 for your family to say they will take it home and feed it to their dog. Waitress never came back to ask how about the meal, just dropped bill off. Discussed with hostess and expected a call from the owner and that never happened. Two plus weeks later, Max called. Said he would discuss with owners on how to make this right. It's been 3 weeks and no return call. If you want a phenomenal with excellent service, take the drive to Popeyes Chophouse in St. Rose. Your puppy WON'T be eating steak that night.
