The post from AC is obviously one of the owners of the restaurant. Please don't fake review to make yourself sound better. I have had mimo's quite a few times since I have lived here and the pizza is pretty good. I havent tried to many of their other items so I can't really comment on the quality of those items but I would recommend giving the pizza a try if you haven't had it before. That being said the customer service here varies greatly. I have had some extremely nice young people while other times I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with an older woman there. The woman was very rude and did not seem to have customer service skills at all. I do not know why they would ever have this woman deal with any customers. Also when i received a coupon in the mail for a slight discount on my pizza they acted as though I was making it up. This was a coupon from the local paper which expired the day after I was using it. When I arrived to get my pizza i had realized i left the coupon on my table. So instead of just taking my word for it I was told I must pay full price or drive to my house to get the coupon. Now I would understand if the coupon was a bogo or something like that but it was for $2 dollars off and it expired the next day, which i had informed them of a few times during our argument, so its not like I could try and use it again. I understand they are running a business for as much profit as possible but can someone expect to make money when you are driving away all your customers. A smile goes a long way. Give it a try sometime.

My family and I love Mimmos! What great food, service and customer care. The family owned business are wonderful people. My kids love it! We eat Mimmos almost twice a week sometimes. We have family dinner there at least once a week. Kids look forward to it.

The comment about hair in pizza cracks me up. Too Funny. I'm sure that's not the first or last place they will get that. Too bad they don't know what they r really eating from fast food places! And if you do have a problem with the food and nice about it when you call or go back they will make new.

Mimo's pizza is the WORST. Do not order from them!! My co-worker and I just ordered a cheese pizza for lunch. We were munching on our second slice when she found a hair in her piece. She had to REMOVE the hair from her MOUTH. When she called Mimo's to complain, the manager/owner argued with her for 10 minutes about the origin of the hair, ie. whether the hair was actually in the pizza or if it had
come from one of us or if one of us had deliberately put the hair in the pizza. She wanted my coworker to leave work to bring the pizza back to the restaurant for her to inspect and determine the origin of the suspicious hair. Completely unprofessional. We are customers, not citizens on trial. My co-worker asked for a refund and the manager refused. Had my co-worker accepted the new "product" to replace the faulty one, we would have had to wait until 4 pm when the pizza ovens were turned back on. The manager was asked if she had a sign posted stating "No refunds" and she replied, "No ma'am, I don't have to." If you like crappy customer service, complete unprofessional and greasy pizza with possible hairs, then knock yourself out, but don't say I didn't warn you.

I love this place. My wife gets mad at me because I want to order from here 4 or 5 times a week and she says that she is afraid that she will get burnt out on Mimmo's food and likes the food too much to do that. The people are all super friendly and the food is reasonably priced. I could eat a Mimmo's calzone 6 if not 7 days a week!
