During my recent visit to Gilman, I finally had the chance to try a local pizza joint that I had often seen while commuting to Chicago from school. The thin crust pizza was exceptional, reminding me why I cherished it so much growing up in the area. The friendly service and delicious food made the experience even better, and I can't help but wish for a location closer to my home in California.
