Don't believe any rumors about it being closed; my husband and I enjoyed a meal at Pollo Regio just last night. I savored the Mole Poblano, which had just the right amount of spice, and the tender, well-seasoned rice was a perfect complement. While the exterior might not catch your eye, trust me, the delicious chicken and authentic Mexican cuisine will leave you wondering how you lived without it.
