You need to correct your hours on your website. I love your restaurant and have been going there since the early 70's. You have totally ruined it by changing your hours to opening at 4PM. I have always gone for lunch and am only able to come at lunchtime. You have taken away one of my great pleasures when I am in Ottawa!!!

It was so cold in the dining room that I had to wear my winter coat to eat lunch. We asked our waitress if it was cold in the restaurant and was told "I'm going through menopause and I'm always hot." Not the answer that we wanted.

I love Chinese food its my favorite...ive also been to a lot of places and New Chiam tops them all especially with their veg. egg rolls!!! mmmmmm....

ive lived in florida california mississippi and illinois and newchiam is by far the best chinese ive had anywhere

Best Chinese food I've ever had, abd I've had it all over. Beats even Chicago's 100 places I've been to. EAT HERE and you'll LOVE it!
