OK Time for me to get on my soap box for a moment. Applebees in Swansea must have the worst quality of food and customer service of any restaurant or at the very least any Applebees that I have visited in years. Me and Tammy on the tab, 2 entrees and drinks. Mine, Burbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, hers, Sirloin. My meal was fine. Tammy's steak was ordered medium and was delivered well done. She over looked that as a courtesy. Her mashed potatos and broccoli were so cold they wouldn't even melt the butter she put on them. She checked her steak and it was nearly room temp.
The manager apologized and took her plate as she waited on another complete meal. the manager even asked if she had ordered the steak well done. ummmm nope...
The meal arrived and was properly cooked and steaming hot. The unfortunate thing is that I was on my last bite. So I ordered another Long Island and waited patiently for Tammy to enjoy her meal.
The bill arrived and there was a generous 5% discount on the $43 tab!! Thanks for NEAR NOTHING APPLEBEES!!!!
BTW our server was great and very gracious. I hope she finds another job soon.

We eat at Applebees about twice a week. This is by far the worst expierence we have ever had at any Applebees resturant.

I will not be back and I hope you take this comment into consideration next time you visit the Applebees in Swansea. Let them know if they insult you with a 5% discount as well.

We quietly left.... But will not return.
