Yes I agree the Nikki's on 140th and Cicero Gyros meat is not the same as it was years ago it's much more mushy and just does not taste as good as in the past

Nicky's Gyros Crestwood, Il still gives a lot of meat on their Gyro plates, however the Gyro meat is not the same! My family has been buying Gyro's from there for over 20yrs, when I called to complain about the meat, the lady who answered the phone said bring it back. She claimed it is the same meat they have been selling for over 40yrs. I say liar, she was quick to cut me off and hang up the phone! My intention was not to receive money back, but to let them know, the meat is not the same as it use to be! She said bring the food back, and we will give you an adjustment! Reputable people don't speak to their customer like that! Instead of going way to Crestwood, I can go to just about anywhere and get a Gyro that taste better than that! I use to love this place, but my money spend just as well in other places!

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experience. For I did not catch her name, but the white females whom is always taking orders, has extremely bad attitude, always looking mean, she offer no where near any hospitality, her negative vibe could brush off on her customer. Whom ever own this Nicky's store, needs to re-train her to offer better customer service to her customers. She is very UNPROFESSIONAL and it shows very well. Her tone is very very poor. I will come back ever again, due to just her poor customer service. Please Stay Away From Her Negative Environment!
