For my birthday lunch, I indulged in some delicious Szechuan Beef with fluffy rice and an egg roll that hit all the right spots. The portion size was generous, with plenty of meat and fresh, crunchy vegetables that weren't overcooked. Despite some negative reviews, my experience at #1 China was fantastic - they were accommodating to my dietary preferences and the food was simply outstanding.
