Bad experience at Our Kitchen today. In my effort to support local business a friend and I stopped in for breakfast and I ordered hash browns with my food and they did not look like not hash browns they looked like french fries mashed together and so I figured okay what heck I'm not going to make a big stink about this let me try them, well they had a funny taste so I didn't want them. I talked with the manager Patricia and she asked me "what's wrong with them" and after informing her she said "well we can't take them back because no one else has complained about them but you!" WHAT?!!! Now I've been here plenty of times and the one time I complain about my food they won't take it back or she didn't even offer to replace it with something else, she told me I need to pay for it. I told her I'm a regular customer and this is the last time I'm coming to this restaurant she said "ok no problem" and I also told her I would be placing a review online about today's experience and she said "ok good" and walked away! I didn't raise my voice I was calm but to receive this type of treatment was uncalled for and then make me pay for food that not only looked bad it tasted bad. So because it was not the waitress fault I still left her a tip and had to pay for bad food I left on the table. Goodbye Our Kitchen I will be sharing my experience with others. You should learn to treat your unhappy customers with respect especially when so many restaurants are struggling due to covid. I see I'm not the only one that complained about your hash browns Patricia, maybe you should read your reviews like Pam M. on 02/21/2020. Don't eat the hash browns here they are terrible
