The barbecue at the Sitzmark was a pleasant surprise - the ribs were a standout with a perfect balance of spice and sweetness, while the brisket could use some improvement. The coleslaw, with its chunky cabbage cuts, was surprisingly tasty alongside the well-cooked meat and delicious BBQ sauce.
