"I've lived in Sycamore on and off for the past 20 years or so. PJ's has been a decent place to hang out. The food is good, a little greasy but good. Bartender's are usually great. If you are a pet lover I would NOT recommend this bar/restaurant. I have never had any problems bringing a pet to any other restaurant's outdoor eating area. Whether it be Illinois, California, Florida, etc. Unfortunately this past weekend my wife and I brought our dog and were hoping to enjoy a nice meal outside. Little did we know we would be kicked out. The funny thing was there was a Rott in there with a couple "Harley dudes". As this is a biker hangout I figured they were probably friends with the owner. But of course that is just an assumption. The waitress pointed out that it was a service dog. What service it was providing, I could not tell. Anyway, I probably will not be frequenting this establishment and if you are looking for an outdoor eating area to bring your pet, steer clear of this place."
