My first visit here, I walked in on 7/17 at 4:15, I inquired about sitting at the bar/counter. Two employees regretfully allowed me to sit after giving each other a sour look, I clearly interrupted their conversation. A third employee asked if I wanted to sit at a booth, which I declined, which clearly made the three employees more uncomfortable. I said I'm sorry, do you not serve at the counter? I was told not normally at night due to the take out orders. That's fine, I understand that. I don't think I needed to be made to feel like a nuisance. I'm just looking for a little politeness. It was super awkward when it really didn't need to be. So I left, never to return.
