The excellent service, pleasant atmosphere and superb food now make trips to the "hill" in St. Louis unnecessary . For my money, and the money is very reasonable, it is the best Italian (Sicilian) food around. Nuff said.

We went last night with friends, and I love the ambiance. It's a small, neighborhood restaurant with friendly owners and wait staff. The food is not fabulous but our pastas were good and the Palermo salad was great.

Most of all, they are local and independent. I also have a special place for them in my lineup because in an effort to build business on Monday nights and be family-friendly, they invested in a rear-screen projector, a screen and a nice collection of Movies on CD suitable for families. Someone complained and they were told they could not show movies without paying a hefty franchise fee.

They get my business.....great place to take a family

Excellent food. Never "over-sauced." Freshness is a key. Superb service. A wonderful, family-owned and operated business. Old world ambiance - most notable for charming family pictures.
