My parents, Irene and Tony Pellecchia, owned this establishment for many years, starting in 1985 until around 2010. After they sold it to a group of younger Italian gentlemen, the dynamics changed, and it was never quite the same. Unfortunately, the business closed a few years later. Despite its closure, my family still holds dear memories of running the place, especially the days of delivering delicious subs and pasta to Rolling Meadows High School staff.
