Pepe's stands out as my top pick among Mexican restaurant chains. The lack of traditional Mexican decor is overshadowed by the mouthwatering dishes prepared fresh on the grill. Despite the parking lot potholes, I am already looking forward to my next taco night at Pepe's for their delicious $1 beef tacos on Mondays and Thursdays, especially when paired with their flavorful sauces.
