During a visit to Chicago in late 2021, I accidentally left my backpack at a bus stop near Pie-Eyed Pizzeria, and after thinking it was lost, the staff kindly tracked me down to return it, which I greatly appreciated. The pizza there is consistently good, with a thin crust and flavorful toppings, and the family-run atmosphere makes it a welcoming experience. While some menu items vary in quality, the overall food, reasonable prices, and friendly service keep me coming back whenever I'm in the area.

During my visit to Chicago in late 2021, a fortunate twist of fate unfolded when I accidentally left my backpack at the bus stop in front of Pie-Eyed Pizzeria. To my surprise, hours later, I received a phone call from Gnarly Jargon, who had found my bag and went out of his way to return it to me, showcasing extraordinary kindness. While there, I enjoyed one of the best slices I've ever had, with a perfect thin crust and delicious sausage, making it a memorable experience that I will cherish and repeat with my son in the future.
