The drive-thru service at Portillo's has really stepped up, now only accepting card payments which speeds things along. The menu is a bit smaller than before, but the Italian Beef and classic hot dogs still hit the spot every time. The staff, especially the young ladies and the manager, were super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable-plus, that chocolate cake and cake shake are absolutely unforgettable.

I must commend Portillo's for the improved drive-thru service; now they only accept card payments, which has made a big difference. Despite the reduced menu items, the food is still delicious, especially the Italian Beef. The retro interior and friendly staff make it one of my favorite fast food chains, and I can't wait to visit again.
