Buffet at 11:05 am. While steam was coming off the steam table the steak, vegetables (mixed) were not even warm. I don't enjoy leftover chicken from the day before re fried . The lettuce was in large hunks and had turned dark where it had been sliced by a knife. The shrimp is delicious We have been coming on Wed or Thurs for the shrimp for quite a while now. Suggest you start the steam table earlier, use leftover chicken to make chicken salad, tear the lettuce and wash it just before putting it on the buffet..
