My husband and his business partner have had lunch here on several occasions. He had been raving about the delicious food and great service so we went together yesterday. I absolutely love it !! Great, personable service, great food and large portions. All of that at a very reasonable price ! Also, the best chicken balls ever. They are not your typical chicken ballast all They are made differently. Pretty much bite size chicken pieces coated in the batter. The best ever !!
We are big fans of this restaurant and will refer everyone we know !! Already have plans to go back again this week and bringing our friends. 😊👍🏼🥢💯

I ordered the Cantonese pan friend noodles, after I asking the person on the phone if they were rice noodles. I have a fatal wheat allergy so I wanted to double check, and he told me they were rice. What just arrived? Ramen-like noodles. Wheat.

I called the restaurant and the owner wouldn't do ANYTHING to try to remedy the situation and told me it was my fault for not knowing his restaurant's menu.

$0.50 of rice noodles is worth more to him than a loyal customer.

Been eating here for years. Found a rock in our food today. After bringing it to the owner's attention and him saying that we are long time loyal customers he wouldn't give us a refund. Owner ended up calling the cops and cop helped in settling with one of our entrees getting refunded to us. Not good customer service. Will not be returning.

One star is too much for this place, I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Ordered delivery on a friday night at a little after 6. With many phones calls back to the manager, says they were busy, our food finally arrived at after 9! And they only wanted to give us a $5 discount. I truly feel bad for the delivery driver, I know it wasnt his fault, but with calling the manager back while he was here the manager still wouldnt take money off! We said we were going to pay the driver for his troubles, his reply was if we didnt pay for the food that the manager would take it out of his paycheck! So after the manager hung up on us, because he couldnt understand us or plainly didnt want to do the right thing, we ended up sending the food and driver back with nothing! So its only right for me to say dont ever go to or order from this restaurant if you actually want something to eat!

Called and asked for delivery on our second time ordering from this location. First time wasn't too bad. Second time was AWFUL! Ordered and was told 1 hour till it would arrive. After an hour and a half nothing had arrived so we called and were told it was cooking and would be here soon. Figuring it was a busy night we were ok with that.. so we waited another 45 minutes and still nothing so we called again... we were again told it was cooking...ok now we were mad... asked why we were told it was cooking before and why it had not arrived, and were not given a satisfactory answer... in turn we were then asked if $3 off would be ok and we would get the meal soon.. then once we were told that, we then were told they did not have anymore crab rangoon...ok enough already, the meal we expected 2.5 hours ago, was still not here, and in turn we were offered $3 off, and then told one of our items wasn't even available 2.5 hours later?... needless to say, we cancelled the order and said we would make sure people heard of this experience... so here I am on 10-13-2012 after eating my replacement Mcdonalds and feeling a bit depressed I did not get some Chinese food telling everyone I can about this experience so others do not have to deal with it...

The food is always tasty and fresh. We especially love the hot and sour soup, crab meat Rangoon's, house fried rice, Gen Tao's chicken, Orange Chicken, and Singapore fried Noodles. And don't be afraid to try the beef- it's not chewy like many other places. Well, the timing could improve, but beyond the occasional inconvenience of waiting a few minutes, this is my favorite Chinese-American restaurant in the area!

ORDERED FOOD TOLD IT WOULD BE 40 MIN. GOT THERE FOR 40 MIN SAID IT WOULD BE 5 OR 10 MORE MIN. AFTER 25 MIN WENT UP AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER WAS NEXT TO BE DONE. AFTER ANOTHER 10 MIN WENT BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE MAKING NOW. GOOD FOOD BUT THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO GET MY SERVICE ANY MORE.

We were recommend to try Renn Chinese restaurant as we were unhappy with another restaurant in the area, that we quit going to.
We ordered beef chop sue, beef with green peppers and onions, general tao's chicken, egg rolls, crab ragoons. Everything was great, the meat wasn't chewy. I would say the ragoons need improvement, but still good.

We will tell everyone we know of this restaurant.

Thier food is awesome. The prices are reasonable. From expericnce of seeing them make them, nothing they have is frozen. If you only get the egg role with the lunch special you may not like it but thier regular egg roles are awesome. And as for overdone...you probably had them when a new guy made them. And not all the help are bad people. I know the one dude with a black car is no good, but the other ones are good. And the delivery guy with the impala is always on time and omg he is so gorgeous! Go to Ren's they rock!

lunch special is possibly the best deal in town. lo mien is to die for. egg rolls and crab rangoon is horrible tho, i think they jus get the frozen cheap brand and then they deep fry it a little to much. the help is questionable cuz a few of them went to school with me and were arrested a bunch of times. but the food is so good its worth the few draw backs

When dining in, the food is always served very quickly..Delivery as well. The lunch special is a great deal and serves plenty of food. Love their crab rangoon!! I would reccommend to anyone..
