Great place to eat. And great staff. Went out of the way to get my daughter ceral. Nothing but the best in Minooka. way better service
than ihop or any breakfast place.

Freakin awesome! Have eaten there a million times n will a million more. have never had somethin bad there. I'm ordering from there 2nite for dinner and cant decide what to get cuz everything is so great!!!!!!

The service and food here is fantastic! You get so much food for your value! The servers are always friendly! You get your food served quickly with a smile! I definitely recommend Ruby's to everyone in the Minooka area!!!

Love Ruby Burritos! I am from Chicago and have eaten from a ton of places the steak has such good flavor on the tacos! Great soup and breakfast too! I am always telling people how freat thier food is ! Friendly service and very clean too I don't know what that person was talking about. A hidden Gem : )

This place is great. The food here is really good and the people are very friendly. I live in Romeoville so when ever I come around here I ALWAYS eat at Ruby's. ALSO I promise you don't leave this place hungry, oh no, there portions are enormous, but in a good way.

As for the "Joe" and "Disgusted" do you people know what good food is? How do you complain about getting to much food, uh hello, who does that? Most places you go to don't give you enough like your starving yourself or something. And the grizzle in the food, its not like its bad for you I'm sure you eaten worse. Besides it's REAL Mexican food not some cheap crap like other places. As for the waitress, never had any problems with them and if she did, maybe, not washed her hands I'm sure someone got on to her about it. The people there take PRIDE in there store, and it very clean compared to some.

This is the diamond in the rough of Minooka restaurants, I love it!!! I'd eat here 7 days a week. Breakfast is always great ( we go every sunday morning) and the Mexican food is pretty authentic! Anyone who complains can go snub their nose elsewhere, we don't want u in Minooka anyway

We love Ruby's! We've tried the breakfasts, sandwiches and their burritos and have no complaints. Everyone has been really friendly and we are remembered when we stop in. No complaints here. The food is good, it's always clean and our servers have always been friendly.

We went at the same time the waitress was eating. I don't feel comfortable having a server eat food and serve us without washing her hands. She also kept complaining in Spanish under her breath. I cant remember if her name was Terry or Tammie but she defiantly need to be retrained or find a job somewhere outside the food industry. My client ate very little of his food worried about the hygiene issues. the food was okay but cleaner and happy surroundings can be found further down the street. So don't waste your time or value able money at this place.

The food in this small place is TERRIBLE!!!!! I went to get with a few people and no one was pleased with their meals. You get large portions but i would gladly pay the same price for smaller portions if the food actually had a decent taste. The waitress we had was awful. She smelt of alcohol and cigarette smoke. She was not presentable and could have been pleasant to her tables at least. The food was thrown together and sloppy no presentation what so ever. Also the beef burritos had chunks of grizzle in almost every bite. This town needs more good restaurants and this is defiantly not good at all! I will continue to tell everyone of this horrible place as to save them the trouble of having to endure it themselves!
