The Philly Cheese Steak has changed over time, but the staff is always quick to address any issues you might have. When you order, it's best to do so right away to avoid any delays; otherwise, your food might be cold if you wait too long. Despite the cash-only policy and the questionable surroundings, the food is incredibly satisfying, and their gyro melt sandwich is a must-try.

The Philly Cheese Steak here used to hit the spot, but lately it's been missing that special something. The service is decent and they're quick to fix any mishaps. Make sure to order in person to avoid the 10-minute wait that somehow turns into cold food when you pick it up. Overall, Sunny Sub is a solid choice for a greasy, late-night bite in the not-so-great part of town.
