Hwe Du Bap blew my mind with its fresh sashimi, finely chopped veggies, and just the right amount of rice-perfect for someone who's all about those low-carb vibes. The generous portions of pork tonkatsu and miso soup on the side made it a delicious feast, while the friendly service and authentic flavors kept me coming back for more, even if I had to drive a few hours and swing by H-Mart afterwards!
