Arrived at opening time of 11:00 AM. Told we would have a 20 minute wait when there were only 4 customers ahead of us. Ordered soup and salad. Came back and said two of the soups were not ready. Would be about 20 minutes. 35 minutes later still not ready. When you have an opening time of 11:00 you would think one of the most popular items would be ready. Soup served on iced salad plates which cooled soup to warm.
