I was surprised by the lower ratings, but I've always enjoyed the location on Belmont and Harlem for its great food and generous portions. The service is efficient, even during busy times, although the tap water and restroom cleanliness could use some improvement. Despite minor issues, the consistently delicious menu keeps me coming back, and I'm looking forward to trying more items in the future.
