I have been eating here for a long time so this is the second time that this rude little girl has have me a problem! I order my meal and two kids meal or my children and when the got my food they forgot a drink and a frie so I try to explain to this girl that I was one drink short and one fries short she went off on my telling me how I'm not going to get free food an then hung up the phone on me are you serious what kind of customer service is this an she wouldn't give me no manger number or nothing I swear I dont care how good there good is they will not be getting my buisness and I will find a way to reports her!!!!!!!!

I have eaten at Tasty Bite many, many times mainly over the course of 3 years-until TODAY. I encountered the rudest pregnant young lady who would NOT say "hello" until the 3rd time I said it and smirked before doing so! I'm a tiny business in the area. Wow!!! How RUDE and disrespectful. She announced herself as the daughter of the owner. She said I was NOT a regular customer, and this is the first time in 25+ times I've ever seen her. She continued to roll her eyes and WOULD NOT give me the owner (her father's) name even AFTER I announced they will be reported to the BBB. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE, no one deserves to be treated like this whether a professional or homeless person, when there are many other food businesses around there like No 1 CHINA 630-892-8839. I never liked the service in Tasty Bite, they're not all that friendly but for the food and portions I went anyway. Today is the beginning of the end for them!!! If you know them, PLEASE pass this on. Thank you and be blessed.

Awesome place to eat because they have a little bit of everything. I end up going at least once a week because they are priced just right always speedy service extremely friendly. There food is always hot and taste perfect. I always call my order in ahead and pick it up which every time no matter what time of day it is I am always told that it will take 10 mins which works great for me because I only live 5 mins away. I highly rec-amend them to everybody.

I placed an order with the supposed manager at 5:45pm and was told it would take 40 min with 2 orders ahead of mine. I called back at 6:55 and was told my food was leaving as I was calling. I called back at 7:22 because they are only 10min away from my job and they still haven't left yet. Very poor customer service.
