I totally agree with Jessica. The food is good, but the women who answers the phones are SUPER RUDE, They act like you are doing you a favor. Delivery guy drove around and hour with my pizza for and hour till I had to call and ask. Get some Manors if you want business! SERVICE is everything!

Fabulous pizza! Great crust, very tasty ingredients, not too much sauce, plentiful cheese without going overboard. Excellent sausage, small chopped onions and mushrooms. A definite thumbs-up. Try it, you'll love it!

This restaurant has great food bur horrible service. Everytime I order takeout my order is taken by an extremely rude person, my order is wrong half of the time when I go to pick it up and the people behind the counter treat their customers like such an inconvenience. I have never felt my business was unwanted at a family owned restaurant until I went to Barone's. Usually the small business treat their customers well but on my last visit I wad actually yelled at by the owner because she had heard my order wrong and given me a pizza that I could not even eat. I have never felt so insulted before and sad to say I will never be able to eat at this restaurant ever again. I cannot bring myself to patronize a restaurant where I am treated so poorly. I will miss the good food but will definitely not miss the service. If you really want Italian food and can take the abuse and the definite possibility of your order being incorrect then you should try Barone's. If you prefer to eat at restaurants where you are welcomed then this is not the place for you.
