I enjoyed the jalapeño beef sticks at the Illinois State Fair; they were flavorful and affordably priced. The staff is incredibly friendly and passionate about butchery, creating a welcoming atmosphere. With a fantastic variety of fresh meats, great cheeses, and delicious frozen pizzas, this establishment truly stands out in Galesburg.
