Great Food - VERY POOR SERVICE.
The drive -thru person could not get my order correct and ignored me when I got to the window - Rude Service. The 173 location provide better service . I hope the owner address the issue that rude customer service and too many complaints can hurt a business in todays society.

LOL...D Jensen got owned by the manager! Next time goto Walmart and buy milkshake fixings yourself.

D.Johnson, you're an idiot. You probably asked for only a milkshake. Read the menu next time and follow the rules like everybody else, it's $10 minimum for an order and if you can't do that, get off your lazy -ss and drive the 5-10 mins for your milkshake. Places across town aren't that far.

This place has excellent service! My only complaint is that they need to throw out more coupons and/or deals more.

Management Stinks! I have been ordering there for several years now and I have never had a problem with them. Until, two days ago, Feb 15Th 2011. I placed an order and I did not reach the minimum for delivery. The girl on the phone said that she would check with her manager and that it might be okay. The managers reply was, "I have four other orders and I'm not taking a damn milkshake to them." Oops! May be she should have put the phone on mute first. By the way, I would have gladly increased my order amount.
