The atmosphere was inviting as I stepped inside Tom and Jerry's, where the tantalizing aromas of delicious food filled the air. I indulged in a gyro meal that featured a generous portion of gyro meat accompanied by fresh tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki sauce, complemented by crisp fries and a refreshing Greek salad. The friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable, ensuring I felt welcome while I savored every bite of my meal.

On 11/4/18 Ordered via delivery from State Street Tom & Jerry's, a large strawberry shake, Gyro, and deep fried mushrooms. The delivery took an hour. The mushrooms were cold, Gyro slightly warm and shake was melted. The bag that food was wet due to rain and broke. The delivery guy found nothing wrong or problematic about this. Perhaps, you should allow Grubhub to do your deliveries it would come in half the time and provide hot food. This is not up to Tom & Jerry's standards. Perhaps you are independently owned. I have been a patron of Tom & Jerry's for 18yrs starting at the Sycamore, IL location. You can provide better service than this.

don't get the greek salad. for almost 8.00 it sucked
the salad was mushy . came without dressing.
the cheese was in huge chunks.
