One Saturday night during our camping trip in Shawnee, we sought shelter from the impending storm by dining indoors at a bustling restaurant. Despite the hour-long wait for our food, the attentive waitress kept us informed, ensuring a pleasant experience. The cowboy ranch burger was delectable, albeit a tad greasy, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Salisbury steak, leaving his plate spotless. We look forward to returning during our next camping adventure, savoring a meal that surpasses our campfire cooking.
