The modern design elements, warm greetings from staff like Keith and Lois, and thoughtfully curated amenities-including a well-equipped gym and a lively bar-created an inviting atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming. Wandering to nearby attractions was effortless, and the attentive service made every moment feel tailored and memorable, turning this into a retreat I eagerly return to time and again.

I had an amazing time at the W Hotel in Chicago - it's so close to Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile, and just a quick Uber ride away from everything else. The city view room on the 31st floor was absolutely breathtaking, especially with the lake right there too. The service was impeccable, and I loved the on-site restaurant and bar for a great dining experience. Can't recommend this chic spot enough for a fantastic Chicago getaway!
