I recently visited Las Trojes after a long absence and discovered that the owners had retired, with their nephew now in charge; I enjoyed my meal at the bar, where the margaritas and spicy green salsa were just to my liking, and found the service friendly and the food consistently delicious, making it a must-visit Mexican restaurant in Sparks.
