Waited for over an hour long to get a mobile order! The worst experience ever at a drive through. It was 11-1.Then I finally get the window and I'm told I should have told them at the speaker. I told him it was a mobile order and was there before and didn't have to tell them at the speaker. Must a totally different crew there now. Very incompetent and should be embarrassed.
