I was introduced to a Yemeni restaurant by some Saudi friends and was impressed by the authentic and un-Americanized dishes. The ambiance was lively, with Middle Eastern visitors sharing large platters of rice and meat. I especially enjoyed the Bamia dish, and found myself returning multiple times for their addictive Yemeni cuisine.
