I've been enjoying the lemon and cherry granita here since I was a kid, and the creamy lemon soft serve paired with the sour blue raspberry granita is a perfect combination that always hits the spot on hot days. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and despite the rough-looking neighborhood, the flavors and treats keep me coming back again and again.

I'm a huge fan of Zammutos in Rockford. The lemon and cherry granita is my absolute favorite. The service is friendly and fast, and the neighborhood vibe adds to the experience. Don't forget to bring cash, and be prepared to enjoy some delicious frozen treats and soul food offerings!
