The biscuits and gravy with bacon were so good I actually finished my entire plate, which is a rare feat for me, and the fried fish my dad ordered was just as impressive-he even took leftovers home! With a down-home vibe, zero cell service, and hummingbirds buzzing around, this cozy cafe offers tasty food and a unique experience that keeps me coming back for more.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the hummingbirds. The Spoon River running past the restaurant. Great food. Tenderloins as big as your plate. Scored Buffalo fish and Catfish on Friday nights. Great menu to select from as well. The New addition behind the restaurant is something else to see & try. Large groups call for reservations to be safe. Also, for fried chicken call ahead. The chicken is fresh and cooked while you wait. So allow for time.
