food always on point. service needs to improve

My wife made the reservations for this location, and was told straight out that Buffalo Wild Wings does not take reservations ever. The host was rude about it, telling us we were wrong. I understand policy and that things happen. This is no excuse for a host to call a paying customer a lier. Their staff needs retrained and Food.com needs to take down the reservations for this location.
