It's been a while since I've visited this familiar haunt; it feels like coming home. The ambiance in Busy Corner is always warm and cheerful, especially in the evenings when Manager Paul is tirelessly ensuring everyone is taken care of. The food here is consistently excellent, with classic American diner fare that never disappoints - the pies are a must-try for sure.

Best pies since my grandmother!! Delicious dinner options. Fried chicken is amazing! Staff is extremely friendly. try it you'll like it

I cannot say that the food isn't good...mainly because I have left before I could even order. The service is horrendously bad. I talked with management, they shrugged and said they would work on it. This after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order. There were 9 servers on duty and 7 of them standing around trying to figure out what to do.

My husband and I have declared this restaurant our favourite. It has the such good cooking, whatever you eat...the best patty melts and French fries. It's decorated beautifully, and so much fun to visit.

I was in Washington IL on July 19th to visit my sister and brother-in-law. They took me and family to this restaurant and the food is delicious and dessert is great. It was a difficult decision on 25 pies and I chose the Coconut Cream. The Liver and Onions was great. This was the 3rd time over the past several years I have ate there thanks to Jerrene and Tony.
