This restaurant is a hidden treasure run by a fantastic mother/daughter duo who create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The homemade food is incredibly delicious, making it impossible to choose just one dish; I enjoyed everything from juicy burgers to mouthwatering corned beef. With generous portions at reasonable prices and a friendly staff that remembers your name, this is the ideal destination for a satisfying meal.

I had been to cafe de jeanola in Oak Brook a before and was very pleased with the service but I just dont know what happened to this place. I used to be able to go in and get great home made food, they had the best stuffed peppers I've ever tasted. But I was in the other day and the place smelled of old cooking oil. I tried their "home made" soup and was served what was clearly Campbell's. I could of had that at home and saved money on the chewy chicken bits that were tossed in. I will not be returning
