The El Diablo pulled pork sandwich I ordered had a delicate texture and a generous amount of smoky pulled pork, finished with coleslaw and pickle on brioche buns. The zesty and sweet sauce added a pleasant spice to the dish. I am looking forward to returning to try more items from the menu.
