The service was awful. After politely asking for an exchange after the Italian Beef, which was awful, the lady began to holler and curse, her husband came in and We tried to rationalize with him asking "I don't understand why you're hollering? He than began cursing. We have never in all of are dining experiences From Las Vegas to Chicago ever experienced such TERRIBLE FOOD and lack of SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE your $ or TIME at Chicago Hotdogs in Carbondale, it tastes NOTHING like Chicago food. WE lived in CHICAGO for over a decade.

Very horrible service!!!! Slow delivery time and rude workers!! Can't speak english and gets the order wrong!!!!!!!
