My husband and I participated in a knife skills class at this establishment. The instructor demonstrated expertise, friendliness, and a good sense of humor, making the experience enjoyable. We found the additional floating staff members who provided feedback and assistance to be helpful throughout the class. The handout given outlining the skills covered was a valuable takeaway from the session.
