This was my very first and last time visiting this place. The service was horrible. I ordered a Strawberry Blonde which is supposed to have graham cracker crusts, caramel, whipped cream and strawberries. The guy making the order literally blended the toppings all together like he was mixing a bowl of cake batter to the point where the ice cream and toppings were completely smooth. It looked like plain strawberry icecream. I asked them to please top it with the whip cream and toppings and they replied "it's there, it's inside the ice cream" I said well I hoped it would at least resemble the picture as this looks like a smoothie. The manager came out and told the guy that made it to add a little whipped cream to the top then told me the picture makes it look all fancy but it's really mixed up. I told him this is my first time coming and he just shrugged his shoulders as if to say "oh well" needless to say, I will never come back and will stick with BR.
