The Cookie Factory at Alton Mall has been a cherished part of my life since childhood. Despite the mall's decline, this family-owned bakery continues to thrive and draw in customers. I recently visited to celebrate National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day and enjoyed their delicious, freshly baked cookies.
