Between STL and Chicago on I-55, this locally owned and operated restaurant on Route 66 offers large portions of delicious, homemade food at fair prices with friendly, attentive service, a comfortable, family-oriented atmosphere, and an impressive selection of homemade desserts that make every visit, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, a satisfying experience worth returning to.

Stopped here for lunch while on a road trip between STL and Chicago on I-55. My son and I grabbed breakfast here, and the service was quick and the food was delicious. The waitress was professional, but the coffee could have been hotter. The house skillet and gyro skillet were both fabulous for dinner. The atmosphere is family-oriented, not fancy, but very welcoming. The food is great, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Love the homemade desserts and the AYCE specials. Will definitely be back!
