Celebrated my friend's birthday at the Cove where we enjoyed the chicken with original coleslaw and poutine as an appetizer, using a discount we received in the mail, and indulged in the delicious lemon cake, appreciating the quality of the food and service, especially enjoying the tenderloin sandwich and pizza, with attentive service from our waitress Katelin, and a great view of the lake by the window seat, despite a surprisingly empty restaurant on Memorial Day weekend, with a decent selection of cocktails, wine, and beer, fast service even with a large group, and crispy fried pickles and mushrooms, although the salad was a bit disappointing.

So awful. Terrible service, burnt food. PLEASE get better management and staff. So so disappointing. And we live on the lake and THIS is our only option??? Ughhhh

we ordered and they came back and said they were out of one item. Then waited 10 minutes for drink refills. Food cam, Italian Nachos were well overdone. We had them before and they were great. These looked liked they forgot they were in the oven. Eaten there 3 times, progressively worse each time.

Service was very slow, Only 1/2 dozen couples in the place. We waited 40 minutes for our food , then could not find the waitress to bring us ketchup and drinks. food was nothing great either. Not impressed..

Never got to taste my food as the waitress (who was young and needs to learn what service means)served me the wrong sandwich but by the time she came back and was told of her error could not give me the correct order as the "kitchen was now closed" Never even an "I'm sorry." Will not return. Too bad because it is one of the few places which has outdoor seating.
