I ended up staying here during a work trip and was really impressed by how kind and helpful every staff member was, especially Luis who went out of his way to fix a technical issue for us. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful, and the location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and the city views from the balcony were a great bonus.
