I placed an order for pick up for 50 wings, half barbecue and half mild. However, when I got home, the order was all mild instead. I called the restaurant and spoke with a lady named Jane, who was very polite and offered to make it right by giving me 25 barbecue wings or a $25 refund. She even called me back later to check in, which I thought was really nice of her. Despite the mix-up, the wings and fries were tasty, although the fries could have used a bit more salt. Overall, it was a great experience at Crystal Lake Rib House and I'll definitely be returning.

The ribs here are outstanding and the pulled pork sandwich could feed four. Great food and service.
